Will Kellogg was born in 1860. He had no idea that one day he would change the way eat breakfast. Will had little education compared to hi Brother John Kellogg. John was the chief doctor at the Battle Cree k Health Center in Michigan, where mostly rich people went to eat brother’s health center. He was the accountant and manager and did everything else his brother didn’t want to do. He also helped John look for new healthy foods for his patients. They worked together, trying to make new healthy bread for breakfast from wheat. They tried everything with the wheat; they boiled it and then rolled it out flat, but nothing seems to work.
One day, Will look some wheat, as usual, and then had to leave. When she returned, the wheat had become stale. He decided to put this wheat through rollers anyway.
