I have trained in Financial Accounting Department. My responsibilities are type the document every day. I learned how to type the document in formal. I have match the billing note and account payable voucher, I have the billing on first three days in every month and make the tax report for prepare to submit to the revenue department. This is new for me because the documents form are strict and so much. My supervisor suggests me to make type of the document correctly.
After I was finished my co-operative education program I found some problem in my department for example, the problem about the number of employee are not enough to the job and another problem that is about my department there are so much document. The file usually has not enough because no one who move files from store to office, some time when I keep the document into filling room I cannot keep it all. That why the number of document is increase in every month.
Moreover, this report has information about the department such as my job responsibility and organization culture that I learned during 4 month at BAC.
