We have studied the factors that lead to educational effectiveness in primary schools, a Cyprus based views of teachers, parents and students. This research has studied the attitudes of the public towards a better understanding of school effectiveness and school improvement. In the first part of the study, data were collected by questionnaires to teachers, 165 parents, 166 students and 188 in the second part of the study, 5 teachers, parents five students and seven people were interviewed and checked in. depth questionnaire about the results and the factors that lead to educational effectiveness.
