On Behalf of GMCI Corporation and OD Capital, we are pleased to announce the formation of this new partnership via the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding in collaboration with My Premier Trustee (Malaysia) Berhad. This partnership is part of the corporate exercise to seek listing on NASDAQ main board in the near future.

OD Capital and GMCI Corporation had signed the Memorandum of Understanding on 21December 2015 for a total of 500 million shares which will be distributed exclusively through OD Capital to its members and potential investors. All members who haveCertificate of Preference Shares of OD Capital shall be converted to GMCI common shares within 90 days period commencing the date of the signing of this Memorandum of Understanding.
