I just got a call from Mr. Kamaleddin. He is complaining that he has still not received his documents and his BL is on hold as the liner is saying that Panel Plus has not paid the liner so they are not giving the BL. This is very embarrassing. Customer has paid 100% in full and we still cannot deliver documents properly.
We have had a huge shipment of break bulk so the documentation team and logistics team were very free to do a proper a job, but it seems the case that they cannot send out 4 documents properly.
Please look into this as I have to face the brunt from the customers.
