1.- I went to Machine Room N°2 with my laptop and connected the blue Ethernet cable of the Router with my computer. I didn't use the Cisco router.
2.- In my computer, I went to the properties for local connection (properties of Protocol TCP/IPv4) and introduced the information given in the last email sent:
WAN IP : 182.52.22.250
Subnet mask: 255.255.255.252
Gateway : 182.52.22.249
DNS: 203.133.5.130
203.133.7.130
3.- With that information, I couldn't navigate in the internet. My computer indicated that the connection was not identified.
After that, and with the Ethernet cable still connected, I reconfigured my computer to detect automatically the TCP/IP connection. The result was the same.
I don't understand why is the connection working for you, but for my testing, it didn't work.
