If the order was originally placed under the incorrect sold to number, this is something that needs to be fixed by whoever issued the order.
The PLDS team cannot change any information in the orders, unless there is a discrepancy between the information in the original order and what PLDS shows.
If the order was originally placed under the correct sold to, please provide us with a copy of the Order Confirmation and we will proceed, otherwise, please contact whoever issued the order.
