I received a beta key to activate t

I received a beta key to activate the game on STEAM today but I'm having this problem:

This happened to me months ago when I first received a beta key to install trough nexon launcher and It never worked. I tried literaly everything I could to solve this but was never successful, I tried reinstalling the game, I tried reinstalling nexon launcher, restarted my computer severall times and I even went ahead and formatted my computer at the time and the game NEVER worked, always this same sign-in error. I invited a friend to the game with the extra keys I received and he told me he could get into the game just fine, so I even went ahead and created another account with the last extra key I had but once again, same problem. I pretty much gave up on the game but some time after I tried again, same problem. I then decided I was going to wait untill the game got released to see if the problem would be gone by that time, but I got pretty happy when I saw the game would be available on STEAM but as you can see, the problem still chases me...even on our beloved Steam... Useless to say that at the time nexon support never answered a single ticket I sent about this.
I've entered tons of betas, Neverwinter, Arche Age, Strife, Dawngate, Special Forces 2, Nosgoth, Hearthstone, and a lot more, you name it, and this is the only game I was NEVER able to play and it is the one I was more interested in playing (must have done something really bad to deserve this...).

This post is my last hope to solve this problem...please! Thank you.
