Thus far, a variety of reasons have been given which would
cause meandering. In real processing however, meandering
usually occurs when these three factors coexist.
Fig. 7 shows an image graph of the relationship between the
aspect ratio (value which divides blade exposure by kerf
width) of the blade size and the spindle rotation speed when
the meandering is observed.
This shows that if the aspect ratio is larger, even when the
spindle rotation speed is low, the meandering tends to occur
