Responsible to establish and maintain coordination between several hotel departments and ensure prompt customer services
Supervise over the catering department to ensure good quality food is served to customers promptly at events or on request, as applicable
Communicate with resource manager to purchase necessary items, sort and make arrangement in time for events
Oversee work of maintenance staff members and ensure they clean rooms, furniture, change bedspread regularly and on time
Assist clients in planning site-seeing programs in an orderly and logical manner
Make travel and room bookings over phone, emails and inform clients accordingly
