• Does the right thing every time, even in difficult situations
• Always acts in the best interests of patients, customers and the Company
• Consistently complies with regulatory and legal requirements
How to differentiate:
“1” (partially met expectations) can look like:
• On occasion has compromised themselves, the Company or others through non-compliance
• Frequently changes direction in decision making and opinion – has inconsistent standards
• Has been known to withhold certain information or not be fully transparent
“3” (exceeded expectations) can look like:
• Is a role model for integrity and always does what they say they will do
• Always has the courage and judgement to raise difficult issues and deal with them in a highly ethical manner
• Has a high level of trust from others and holds themselves to the highest standard
• Known for standing up for others and striving to do the right thing
