We are so sorry for my late reply, please be informed that hotel did the mistake on manual rate on the website however they already delete the wrong rate on the website today.
After checking found that you did make a booking through Veranda CM website, as we guarantee the best rate further 10% off the public rate. Hence hotel honor to remaining keep to credit note the differ 10% for deduct with the other expenses from individual bill upon check out date. And the take a note regarding this issue on the system if you facing any problem when check out please contact Khun Pannawadee (FOC).
