The batch fermentation process
was continued for 8 hours after postinduction and finally
harvested, followed by centrifugation (Sorvell-RS5C) at
7,000g for 15 minutes at 4C. The obtained cell biomass
was washed with cell wash buffer (10 mM of Tris, 100 mM
of NaCl, and 10 mM of EDTA; pH 8.0) and stored at 80C
until used further for downstream processing.
