As per your requested to transfer the water and electric accounts to the tenant’s name, I have to inform you that both accounts unable to transfer to the tenant’s name due to government’s policy that both utility accounts must be under the owner of the property only but upon the lease commence then the tenant will be the person to response to any of related utilities such as water bill, electric bill, internet bill and cable TV.
I assume that there is TOT internet still running in the unit under your name and this I can cancel on behalf of you, do you have a previous bill ka? So that I can contact the provider. My client has already applied internet/cable TV with True company as per his preferable package ka.
