Your findings concur with my findings in SAP. I had already checked and verified that the 395 customer serials did not exist in Y9CSER and the remaining 3958 serials were in new status. The questions are:
1. Under what circumstances would customer serial numbers not be present in Y9CSER when a customer claims that the specified drives are in their possession?
2. There are 3958 serials in new status that are in Y9CSER. Under what circumstances would serials be present in Y9CSER when there’s no other evidence of the drives being shipped?
