Job Purpose:
Manage customer experience index and drive key customer experience measurements in coordination with related functions.
Represent voices of customers thru Service Design methodology.
Review and provide key inputs on the customer experience across all business processes that interfaces with customers.
Identify customer pain points in customer journey and determine key solutions to address these pain points.
Determine key customer experience improvements that will drive target customer experience across channels.
Principal Accountabilities:
Be assigned to support cross functional project team to run the selected strategic go-to-market project which is run entirely using service design process.
Manage communication / process for new product & service launching and prepare proactively preventive plan for customer complaint.
Map the most common customer journeys and identify the top customer pain points with key root causes of NPS detractors by gathering and providing voice of customer with solution before and post launch.
Perform the post launch assessment by in-depth customer analysis for improvement area.
Introduce service design methodology to the organization through tailored training, toolkit or Academy team to build competence and mindset.
Build deep customer insight, prototype and service blueprint through observing, engaging and co-creating with real customers and test products/services/offering on customer by using service design methodology.
Handle special assignment and strategic customer centricity activities and own KPIs of the key strategic initiatives regarding customer centricity program aligning across organization or across companies in Telenor group.
Qualification:
Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, IT management, Finance, Marketing, or any related field
Strategic thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills
Strong interpersonal and Project Management skills
Service and customer centered mind
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good command of English
