Correlations between CD versus TPC and CD versus CV were
also observed. Fig. 3a and b both showed the good relationship
between these parameters. Comparatively, correlation between
CD with TPC showed a high regression coefficient (R2 = 0.937).
Results of our study also supported already reported relationship
between CV, TPC and CD, which were carried out on potato frying
in individual or blend of seven different oils [8,47] and in cottonseed
oil [48].
