Unlike N2 (P>0.05), CO2 and O2 content within package was significantly
(Pb0.05) affected (Table 4) by temperature, days of storage and
sample type (control sample-empty package and product-sausage). The
highest CO2 accumulation, observed at 22 °C in both C- and S-packs, increased
up to 30th day equilibrating at 8% CO2 by day 90 of storage
