Job Responsibilities
Review and post all payments to GL
Review monthly reimburse expenses from staff
Manage petty cash
Assist with and ensure that Income Tax Return, and all other tax and statutory returns are lodged and respective tax liabilities are paid within the appropriate deadline
Ensure that General Ledger reconciliations are completed according to department’s policy and procedures
Prepare timely and accurate accounting records to Trial Balance stage with data integrity
Ensure all revenue invoices are accurately downloaded from Synapse and reconciled to General Ledger in the Accounting System
Draft revenue report and monthly results within the agreed deadline
Ensure that payroll and leave journals are accurately processed in ACCPAC and reconciled to Payroll records
Job Qualifications
Thai native speaker
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
At least 5 years work experience in accounting processes, financial reporting & taxation compliance
Positive attitude and reliable personality with good interpersonal skills
Good command of spoken and written English
