of opinions responsibly and take care not to mislead the audience.
• When transmitting information or expressing opinions, exercise good judgment at all times and be conscientious of
the fact that any information you transmit or opinion you express could have a material impact on CNS’s credibility
and branding
• With the exception of the company name and name of the department that you work for, no personal information,
material or confidential business information related to CNS may be disclosed under any circumstances. This
applies even where the information is not explicitly stated if such information can be ascertained from the
expression.
• Refrain from transmitting information or expressing opinions about CNS businesses, including opinions regarding
the market, or internal information about your work.
• Refrain from transmitting information or expressing opinions which may negatively affect CNS.
• Refrain from submitting content that may be considered illegal or “contrary to public order and standards of
decency” or transmit any information or express any opinions that include libelous or defamatory statements
