It is again the time of the year where we start assessing our goals and preparing for the year end reviews. This process is critical to evaluating year end individual performance and development objectives, assessing accountability, and rewarding those who achieve their goals.
As employees we are all required to complete our self-assessment by Nov 30th, 2014 in the Achieve System. Dates for completing the assessment are as follows;
November 30, 2014 : Employees to complete the Self-Assessments
December 1, 2014 : Managers will start rating their employees’ performance in preparation for discussions to be held in mid-January onwards
