Dear Partner,
We are pleased to let you know that we have added a new graph to the Performance Overview tab in the Extranet. The graph replaces an overview of room nights booked, and now shows conversion per date, rates for the cheapest double room, and room nights booked, all in a design that is much easier to read and understand.
This new data enables you to look for patterns, see forecast windows, and see important suggestions to help increase your property’s performance. It also includes competitor data to enable you to make easy comparisons.
A drop-down menu on the upper left-hand side allows you to change the key indicators in the graph according to rates, conversion, or room nights booked. The raw data in the graph correlates with the columns on the left. When you roll the mouse over the text you can see more detailed descriptions.
The graph on conversion shows the ratio of confirmed bookings for a specific date to the total number of visitors to your property’s page who were searching for that specific date in the last two weeks. It shows how attractive your rates and availability are for guests searching for specific dates, and enables you to see how you’re performing on Booking.com compared to your competitors.
With the forecasting graph on room nights booked, you can easily compare the short versus long-term rooms booked with your overall availability. Quickly identify periods with an opportunity to capture more bookings by opening up your availability, creating a deal or adjusting restrictions.
The graph on rates enables you to compare your lowest rate for a one-night double occupancy with that of the average of your competitive set. Use this data to see where you can improve your conversion by altering your pricing.
If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact your Account Manager.
Kind regards,
The Booking.com Team
