A convenience sample of students from a university college in
southern Norway was invited to participate in the final step. Students
in the first and third year of the bachelor education in nursing at two
different campuses were during the lessons in nursing ethics invited
to participate in the study. Teacher students in their first and third
year from one campus at the same university college were also asked
to take part during their lessons. Data were collected by means of
a questionnaire that contained some background questions and the
new instrument.
