To study the pure effect of specific heat capacity some simulations
have been conducted with different cp while the other conditions
are maintained constant.
Changing the specific heat capacity of the particles, have no
pronounced effect on the bed hydrodynamics and consequently
heat transfer coefficient. It only changes the amount of energy
absorbed by particles. As can be seen in Fig. 10 A and B the t90 and
Qmax/t90 values are linearly raised due to the increase of the particle
specific heat capacity.
