A 17-year-old gang member told authorities that he wasn't the one who shot at this rivals — killing one — outside of an Applebee's restaurant, it was someone else in his crew, according to new court documents.
Malik Peters was indicted in Brooklyn Supreme Court on Wednesday on second-degree murder, attempted murder and other charges for the Oct. 26 shooting outside of an Applebee’s restaurant where 16-year-old Armani Hankins died from a gunshot wound to the head.
