Responsibilities:
• Communicate with service provider to get information on flight and shipment details
• Work with airlines to implement outbound and inbound service enhancements.
• Create airlines documents e.g. MAWB, MAFS, inbound/outbound, Cargo Transfer
• Manage abandoned shipment to TMO
• Handling of non-conforming shipments e.g. DG, damage, found shipment, miss code and RTO
• Updating of shipment/flight status files;
• Cutting of flight MAWB;
• Maintaining of pre-printed HUID labels with profile;
• Conduct/Coordinate warehouse searches generated by network trace requests;
• Provide CIA imaging on specific request
• Printing of airlines manifest for cargo lodgement and cargo transfer
• Provide shipment manifest and movement alerts
• Support in general ops paperwork and administration requirement.
• Manage shipment in HIC
• Verify physical shipments against shipment manifest
• Search for original paper works attached in shipments when network requires
• Manage and control network supplies
• Alert and provide feedback to Operations when discrepancy found
• Generate internal reports e.g. daily parent HUID, movement closing time
• Update damaged/lost-content shipment in SID
• Timely and accurately response to requirements from Network conveyed through GEMA
• Provide instructions to Ops should there be request from origin or destination station on exception handling, such as RTO, Service Change
• Support Operations as assigned
