My Birthday is March 12th, 1978. My Thai ID number is 9-999-99999-99-9. My Passport number is V999999. I am an unemployed/housewife, my boyfriend supports me financially. My purpose to visit France is visiting Mr. Stewart’s family & friends, traveling around France and Holiday.



Mr. Stewart Oldman and I are living in Phuket, Thailand together from February 1st, 2012 to present. We have travelled overseas and spent lovely holidays together in Singapore twice, France and Malaysia.



Photos, hotel reservation, air tickets, boarding passes and car rental from the trip is enclosed in the supporting documents.



We fly to France by Qatar Airways (QR625) on July 29th, 2013 and return to Thailand by Qatar Airways (QR16) on August 19th, 2013. When I am staying France, Mr. Stewart Oldman will be responsible for all my accommodation and expenses.



While we are away, our maid will take care of our house and arrange for the garden and pool to be cleaned and the fish to have food, we will pay her salary while we are away.
