1 Adjustment and Calibration to DCV

1 Adjustment and Calibration to DCV Meter , DCA Meter and DCA Meter (Load).
2 Adjustment and Calibration to Float Voltage from 134.6 V. to 133.8 V. but not stable .
(Test for battery and GCD board.)
Remark : 1. The Output Voltage for charge battery is not stable (Float Charge) because GCD Board
(Gate control Device) is not control output voltage. The Output voltage have swing ,output between
134 - 138 V. as affect to battery ,the battery has over voltage and heat.
2. Simulate tested rectifier and check one by one.
- Simulate change new battery.
- Test rectifier by electronic dummy load at 5 A. and adjust voltage.
- Measurement for GCD Board and replacement new one.
3. Calibration new GCD board and test again and record. ( OK , stable)

ปรับปรุง 1 และสอบเทียบการวัด DCV วัด DCA และวัด DCA (โหลด) ปรับปรุง 2 และเทียบกับลูกลอยแรงดันไฟฟ้าจาก 134.6 V. การ 133.8 V. แต่ไม่มั่นคง (ทดสอบแบตเตอรี่และคณะ GCD) หมายเหตุ: 1. อัตราแรงดันออกที่สำหรับแบตเตอรี่ค่าไม่มั่นคง (ลอยค่า) เนื่องจากคณะ GCD (ประตูควบคุมอุปกรณ์) ไม่ควบคุมแรงดันเอาท์พุท แรงดันเอาท์พุทมีสวิง ผลระหว่าง 134 - 138 V. เป็นผลให้แบตเตอรี่ แบตเตอรี่มีแรงดันไฟฟ้าและความร้อน 2. จำลองวงจรเรียงกระแสผ่านการทดสอบ และตรวจสอบโดย -จำลองเปลี่ยนแบตเตอรี่ใหม่ -ทดสอบวงจรเรียงกระแส โดยอิเล็กทรอนิกส์โหลดกระพริบ 5 A. และปรับแรงดัน -ประเมินสำหรับคณะ GCD และเปลี่ยนใหม่ 3 การกระดาน GCD ใหม่สอบเทียบ และทดสอบอีกครั้ง และบันทึก (OK มีเสถียรภาพ)

2 การปรับตัวและการสอบเทียบเพื่อลอยแรงดันจาก 134.6 โวลต์ เพื่อ 133.8 โวลต์ แต่ไม่มั่นคง

หมายเหตุ : 1 . แรงดัน output สำหรับชาร์จแบตเตอรี่ไม่มั่นคง ( ทุ่นค่าใช้จ่าย ) เพราะบอร์ด LCD
( การควบคุมอุปกรณ์ประตู ) จะไม่ควบคุมแรงดันเอาท์พุท แรงดัน output มีแกว่งoutput between
