Because it makes my health worse and make me fat. maybe a friend or some situation where I need to eat even though I think it is not necessary to eat because because I did not know what to say or deny friends like.. That "just this once" It makes me not achieved the goals I set. I think I should try one more time and not say "no" to things that are good for my body.
