Working closely with the MD and providing administrative support.
Handling all general secretarial and administration tasks for the MD.
Provide secretarial duties as well as supporting administrative and documentation functions, e.g. phone and mail correspondence, filing, appointments, meeting, travel arrangements etc.
Effective coordinate with both internal and external parties as well as other stakeholders in handling general service.
Deal with oversea for MD’s business
Handling any other tasks as assigned.
