employee benefits and office by office
locations; purposes where precision is
important. These organisations would
present data that 582 people are located on
a site and if tomorrow someone is hired and
two people resign the new population is
581. In the creation of the APS and other
decision-making tools, the documentation
of the population would be rounded to 600
people. Some organisations update the APS
quarterly, while others find it necessary to
update it annually.
