Honey is sweet and thick juice produced by bees. It is made by nectar which is taken of flowers. It is the most perfect product of nature because there are all indigrients which build human organism.
Nectar that bees collect from flowers is full of carbohydrates which bees convert in glucose and fructose, which is the main indigrient of honey.It contains 15% of water as it contains many minerals and aminoacids and normal just as vitamines B.
First day
Breakfast: mix 2 egg yolks with a spoon of honey. With meal, drink tea with lemon or coffee without suggar.
Lunch: Mix 100 grams of fresh cheese, 50 grams of cooked carrot, 50 grams of cooked broccoli and 50g of cooked cauliflower. Addition: Tea or coffee with one spoon of honey.
Dinner: one cup of soup made of vegetables and one slice of integral bread + one apple/ pear/ orange.
Before you go to bed, drink a cup of tea with lemon.
Second day
Breakfast: the same as yesterday.
Lunch: Mix one boiled egg, spoon of honey and 100 grams of fresh chees. Drink tea with lemon or coffee.
Dinner: 150 g of fish or chicken fillet, small pot of salad and vegetables + tea with lemon.
Third day
Breakfast: Same as yesterday plus one apple.
Lunch : 50 g of cheese, slice of integral breat and pot of fresh vegetables with lemon juice.
Dinner: 300 g of boiled vegetables, one boiled agg and cup of tea with one spoon of honey.
