PBX Engineer
Strong technical troubleshooting skills, perseverance and patience
2-3 yrs experience in pre-sales engineer or post-sales technical support
Experience with Key Telephone, PBX, VOIP, SIP technology.
Experience with Networking, IT LAN / WAN Routers, L2-Switched.
Experience supporting telecommunications or networking
Ability to work efficiently in a highly demanding, team-oriented.
Excellent on-time and attendance record
Self motivated with the ability to dive right in, be effective and make a difference
Graduate or bachelor’s degree – Telecommunication or related field desirable
Networking, IT or telecommunications certification is a plus
Understand network architecture design
