Please be informed that I have paid for all the items I purchased from you except
for the ingredients which I have been waiting to pay at the last when I fix my store and
prepare the cold storage for the ingredients. But unfortunately they rushed to export
the ingredients and held back the reception and the mezzanine which I have paid in full
and expected to be transported before the ingredients. In this regard, since I have not
paid for the ingredients nor asked for the shipment, please arrange to reship it back and send
me from your new production when I am ready to receive it and pay for it.
Now I am not in a position to sell expired or spoiled ingredients to the customers. I do not also
want to be held responsible and spoil my reputation and eventually loose my business.
I am looking for a long term good relationship with my customers if I really want to be in business.
I hope you understand my position and please let the person who took the action to ship it without payment or request bear the consequences. I hope you will be a fair judge.
