Twenty high-performance male junior soccer players (mean+s: age 15.9+0.6 years, body mass 71.3+
5.4 kg, sum of seven skinfolds 63.3+19.7 mm) from the South Australian Sports Institute (SASI)
soccer squad participated in the study. Goalkeepers were excluded from the investigation.
