competitive advantage by integrating firm’s resources and the resulting firm performance. The study argues
that resources must exhibit elements such as resource heterogeneity, imperfect mobility, ex-post and ex-ante
limits to competition (imperfect imitability and imperfect substitutability) in order to significantly attain and
sustain competitive advantage and eventually achieve superior firm performance.
