In this section, the theoretical methodologies that were given in the previous sections are gathered together to build the process flow of the proposed framework (Fig. 4).
Multi-criteria decision making techniques generally enable structuring the problem clearly and systematically.
The first step requires determining the most reasonable criterion list that enables the decision maker’s differentiating the alternatives.
Doing so, the users of the decision alternatives and the experts in the field in question can be interviewed.
Additionally, there can be several works on the same
