We, the 14 families of Married Student Residences, are always thankful to the administration for providing us, especially our dear children, a safe, peaceful, and happy housing and environment truly reflective of your care and concern for us. Further, because of our pleasant environment, we, as families, are united in the spirit of brotherhood, fellowship, and love.
In our objective to continue live in happiness and harmony and provide a physically and spiritually healthy environment for our families, and to serve AIU even in modest ways, we planned of worthy projects and activities we wish to conduct at the soonest possible time. Some of them are worship and prayer meeting every Wednesday night at MSR compound (which is being done now), improvement of physical facilities like the children’s playground, cleaning of surroundings, organizing youths’ spiritual and social activities, community projects, social nights, family outings, and many more holistic endeavors.
In the light of the above, Sir, may we request for an assistance, not in the form of money, but in the form of scrap materials and some cans of paint, to realize the dream of 20 children at the MSR for a set of swing at the children’s playground? The little ones have longed for a set of swing with five seats for almost a year now and we would just kindly like to explore the possibility of fulfilling it through asking help from you. We know, Sir, that our dear University has no sufficient budget to finance the above project and we also want to help the University in whatever capacity we can. So may we collectively request for scrap materials to construct a swing with five sets and some cans of paint to refurbish the existing playground equipment? We will appreciate it very much if you can provide us with these stuffs at your most convenient time.
Thank you very much, Sir, for considering our request. Please allow us also to tell you that the Married Students Club desires to serve the AIU family, our families, and the whole AIU community, and create an environment capable of making everyone living in it happy, selfless, godly, and useful.
May God always bless you, your ministry, and your exemplary leadership.
