decide that it is a better decision to simply start from scratch on a new sheet.
When situations like this occur, you must ensure that the Current State Map
remains visible and that the focus continues to be centered on reviewing the
opportunities and issues in the current state and identifying potential solutions
for improvement. Sticking to this basic rule will produce cleaner, faster, betterfocused
Future State Maps to guide implementation efforts.
