2.1 Free air ticket-Manila / Thailand / Manila
2.2 Monthly allowance of Baht 6,000.00 NET per complete month of training with no further deductions except absences and late marks as per organization’s Human Resources (HR) rules and regulations and for any damages & losses as per clause 2.15 and as per clause 2.4 of delay charges for visa process.
2.3 Free duty meals and suitable accommodation with facility such as water, electricity & internet connection
2.4Payment for the visa (Require complete & authenticated documentation stipulated period from HEI for assigned Trainee to submit to Thai Embassy, delay in such process will be cause extra charges which will be recovered from Trainee).
2.5 Free uniform and its laundry services.
2.6 Free transportation service from workplace to staff house/hostel or vice versa
2.7 Death benefit insurance coverage according to company benefit.
2.8 Accident, dismemberment insurance according to company benefit.
2.9 Hospitalization benefit under the workmen’s compensation plan during the course of training.
2.10 Extra day-off in lieu of overtime work in excess of 54 hours of normal work week at
9 hours work per shift including break time.
2.12 Day-off in lieu of Public Holiday.
2.15 For any damages / losses caused by the trainee/s to the facilities and equipment during the course of training, due to the negligence/improper handling or failure to follow specific instruction on the part of the trainee, such losses shall be charged to the personal account of the trainee.
3.At the end of program the Trainee shall be assessed to a probationary evaluation if qualified to carry on with the Program.
4. The use of all hotel / resort facilities and restaurant is restricted, unless there is prior approval from the Chief Executive Officer /Hotel Manager.
5. The Trainee shall be trained in the Food & Beverage department under the supervision and mentorship of Director of Food & Beverage.
6. The Trainee must always be punctual at work, properly dresses (complete uniform with name badge), well groomed and abides by all the rules and regulations of The Hotel.
7. The Trainee shall impose upon himself/herself strict compliance with all Hotel Rules and Regulations relative to health, sanitation and safety as well as regulations pertaining to proper care and handling of Hotel.
