On the 23th of april we used your service to bring us from hua lampong train station to a hotel in Kanchanaburi. We left the trainstation for like 200 meters before our driver caused a accident. It took like one hour to arrange a new car. We called your office to explain that we an a timeschedule and we paid you 3000 baht to get there really fast. Instead of listing to use, you only ask the number of our hotel so they can postpone our Tour. We did this by our one so we didn't need help for that. We just wanted to be informed about how long everything would take.
By the time the new car arrived we had waited almost an hour. Everytime we asked how long it will take, the driver and the lady on the phone said, in a minute but an hour is more than a minute. So we were a bit irritated.
So we had a new car and we were driving up to kanchanburi. I have to say that the driver was driving like a maniac. We drove almost for like two Hours before the driver and we noticed that the driver took the wrong road. We were at that point in phetchaburi. Instead of telling us that he took the wrong road, he didn't tell us anything.
In the meantime we called your office again because the lady on the phone promised us to call back in an hour, but she didn't. I confronted her with the fact she didn't hold her promise and that we still in the car an our way to Kanchanburi.
By the time we were at the hotel it was five and a half hour later. So we paid almost 3000 baht to get a service we expact for the amount of Money but instead we get a 6 hour drive without any information what so ever.
And after all the phonecalls and explain my complain, you send my to the agent instead of helping me.
I hope you can understand my anger about the whole situation and the lake of service you provide. I expact a fair solution for the whole situation.
