Role & Responsibilities:
Handle and manage all administrative and operation jobs function i.e.: paper tasks, concerned report and company presentation.
Oversea Trip management i.e. flight booking, hotel booking, transportation arrangement, etc.
As a coordinator between the management team and employee from other department (Design Team/ Finance & Human Resources/ Productions & etc. inside the company) to ensure that the service is performed professionally and in a timely manner.
Follow up and ensure day to day operation of tasks and assignment given.
Documentation and translation.

Qualifications:
Female, age between 25-35 years old
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Communication Arts, Psychology or other related fields.
3-5 years of experience in administrative/ operation/ reception jobs
Well communication both English & Thai
Pleasant personality and good logical thinking process.
Well-planned strategy and create good relationship with both internal & external parties.
Proven ability in problem solving skills.
Good team work and coordination skills.
Can-Do attitude, self-starter with strong belief that he/she can make a difference
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Self-Motivated, High Responsibility Flexible
Fast learning, proactive and good accountability
Have positive attitudes, dynamic and manner with good service minded
Well organized, mature and work well both in team and independently
