fumigation if any to be arranged by chrts' side at chrts' cost, all crews including master to stay onboard the vessel during fumigation without any expenses paid to master
and crews, being customary at load port because authority does not require shore leave.
any extra charges arising from the fumigation to be at chrts account.
owners to warrant that vessel is suitable/fit for fumigation. master to satisfy himself that vessel to possess neceeary gas masks/test tube/testing equipmetns, if same
is rerquired by vessel own reason.
- at discharging port, cargo to be released against original bills of lading. but in case original bills of lading are not available upon vessels arrival, master/ owners to discharge
- cargo reciever who responsed un-loading tobe provided by shipper / charterer.
entire cargo against receivers bank guarantee in owners p&i club format.
- shore/floating crane tbf chtr's account and arrangement at bends.
- congen bs/l to be used and 'said to weigh' 'said to contain' and c/p date to be inserted.
- lightening and/or lighterage both ends, if any, to be for chrts time/risk/expense.
