The Assessment Evidence Guide provides examples of evidence of student achievement across each
standard and is formally assessed for ICT at years 6 and 10 against the Tasmanian ICT Skills
Checklist. There is an expectation that all teachers should contribute to building student’s skills in
ICT. The skills are aligned to the Performance Indicators that are in all strands from stage one to
fifteen. The Strands are: Inquiring with ICT, Creating with ICT, Communicating with ICT and
Operating ICT.
