Experimental device
Anaerobic digestion was carried out in a 1000 ml capacity bioreactor, closed hermetically Fig. 1. The bioreactor was maintained at 35 °C (SAMBO, B.GARBA et DANSHEHU) [5] and (Chulhman, Chunyeon et Sangyong) [6] in a bath thermostated and agitated regularly. It was connected to a glass tube in U, permitting biogas produced volume and pressure measurement. The biogas volume produced was determined by connecting the bottles to a water-filled manometer and hence measuring the water displacement at the beginning of each sampling event. Volumetric gas production was normalized to standard temperature and pressure conditions (25 °C and 101.32 kPa) using the ideal gas law.
