Ms Ratanachai was clear that for the time being she would like to cancel, pending reassurance from the Bank.
I wonder if perhaps Trivelles should provide her with the letter referred to so that she can discuss with the Bank and obtain such peace of mind as she requires?
In the meantime I would suggest that it is either confirmed that the order is cancelled, or that Trivelles will as a goodwill gesture hold the booking open for (my suggestion) 14 days, without obligation?
My client’s concern is obviously that she does not want to be tied financially to a booking if there is a risk that she may not be able to proceed due to problems transferring funds.
