1. Te’ after pick up the signage license and pay the bill, please give it
to Rania:
1.1. Trade license, signage license and invoice/receipt from TCAD.
1.2 Karama’s receipt for Thai accommodation
- I paid it all you just need to pick up on Sunday.
2. Discuss with your friend Thai movie maker/media team. If they can
visit our spa and restaurants and ask them to give us a price.
3. Create Ramadan cards for SCT. Then send to everyone so they can send
to their contact. Please discuss with Rania. Maybe Rania has created one.
4. Send me and Allan for the curtain's and other graphic design for spa
and restaurants. Note, I will make it from Thailand.


Than/Rania/Sek:

1. Ensure that Qatar cool and qatar gas release the contract to spa and
Restuarant.
1.1 Following up with Tourfic KAZA to resolve the valve issues.
2. Contact Yaris's team for the signage and advertising for spa and
Restuant. We need to start as there are the services from UDC they have
to prepare for us.
3. The VIP window glass will install next week.


Jakoon:

1. Please finalize the nail polish then open PO and you can sign it.
2. Regards nail polish, You guys might need to contact the sale manager
to update the price if anything has changed from previous quotations as
it was quote since Jan.
3. Send me all form for spa that we have to make book print. I will make
it in Thailand at our God father's factory.


Au'/Than:

1. As we are now using Quickbooks program of daily basic. Please Ensure
that all the finance/account works is input to Quickbook systems
properly.
2. Au need to recheck all the data input with Shirley. Please ask her as
much as you can this Sat. Note. She will take 3 weeks vacation during
Ramadan. 3. I will personally take the training class here in Thailand for 2
days. Please send me all questions that we face it and can’t solve it with
Shirley and Alfanet. I will ask the training team on Thailand.



Allan/Will:

After Than and Rania get an info from UDC for the advertising process…

Please kindly support us to discuss with Yaris/UDC team of their
marketing/advertising scope when you have a chance. Than and Rania should
be able to get info for What are they offering and cover for marketing
fees that we have paid.
