With regard to your question: MME reviewed the process leading to the current highly disturbing situation and can only conclude that the lack of product coming out of your factory within the agreed time frame, allowing for boat shipments, is insufficient. Aeroklas presented a production plan with several due dates for product to be ready but these do not correspond to the requested ETA's taking into account regular lead time etc. The only way Aeroklas can make sure MME receives parts is to ship by air.
The fact that Aeroklas does not recognize its role in the current situation and is in no way supporting the proposed solution and/or presenting alternative solutions is unfortunately clearly clarifying our current business relationship.
Based on your mail I will consult with our senior management and seek guidance with MMC and MMTh on how to manage the current situation and get back to you accordingly. MME's main goal remains to make sure our valued customers will not suffer any further.
