1. I tried to understand the nature of the business and accounting process before starting work from prior year W/P. 2. I complete all of the work within the fieldwork period and follow up the pending document with customer. 3. I scheduled my plan everyday and always set the plan before working. 4. I communciated to engagement team to update status of their work and review their understanding so that the task could be done effectively. 5. I updated the status of work with the manager and consulted when there were any issues rasied so that it could be cleared on timely basis. 6. I assigned works to staffs based on his/her experience and it can adjust assigned work based on the current situation of each staff to ensure that all work have done in the timeline 7. I tried to build a good relationship with the client. 8. I prepare the supporting NFS as the first times of this jobs which could reduce the time for preparing FS
9. I tried to clear the significant issues which havn't cleared yet since last year such as credit note and stock count.
