Failure to provide this information may impair the performance of such tasks.
We, Xerox Business Services Malaysia Sdn Bhd will use the information you have provided in this application form, together with other information we may obtain from you or from third parties, e.g. your education, medical records, physical attributes, personal and family data, from your referees and from carrying out security / credit checks, to assess your suitability for employment with us, verification purposes during pre- employment process, for administration and management purposes and for statistical analysis. We may disclose your information to our service providers and agents for these purposes.
If your application is unsuccessful, we will keep your information for a reasonable period in accordance with legal requirements, for administration and record purposes, as part of our talent pool database. We may contact you if other job opportunities arise in the future which we think may be suitable for you.
